Reliability
We operate out of some of the leading data centers in the country using the latest in network technology. Our servers and network equipment have redundant power, cooling and network paths to ensure their availability and we employ industry standard load balancing equipment to handle those holiday peak times.
Security
In addition to our robust network and infrastructure we maintain the latest in firewall security and encryption technology to more than comply with the industry security standards such as PCI and HIPAA. Also physical entry into the facilities are logged and monitored at all times by security personnel, with verification provided by biometric scanners such as fingerprint and eye retina scanners.
Credit Card Data
One area that is always a concern for retailers is the protection of credit card data. To avoid the risk of credit card data disclosure, Fireside Retail does not store credit card information on any of your equipment at your physical location, and any data stored at our data centers is in compliance with PCI. In addition, all communication to and from your retail location and to or from all credit card processors is encrypted.
